    It is reported that Grosvenor and Italian French semiconductor, the world‘s third largest chip OEM, will announce on Monday their plan to invest nearly 4billion euros in France to build a semiconductor factory, as part of Europe‘s efforts to improve its independence in the field of microchips. This will help support the European Commission‘s efforts to produce 20% of the world‘s microchips by 2030. The investment is expected to be announced on Monday at the fifth "choose France" summit held by French President macron in Versailles.
